A credit card is required to guarantee an appointment.

Cancellations

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you provide us with at least 72 hours notice. If an appointment is not cancelled or rescheduled within this time frame, the fee for that appointment will be charged to the credit card.

Emergencies

Our office provides on-call service for emergencies, 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week. Call (212) 794-0044 and Dr. Thorne will be contacted immediately.

Health Insurance Plans

Our office does not participate directly with any health insurance plans. We have chosen this path in order to decide, with you, our patient, the best avenue of health care. It is our desire, however, to remove any obstacles, which could prevent you from your desired procedure. We will help you file insurance claims with insurance carriers in providing all necessary information to insure timely and complete payment of your claim. For bill balances we accept all major credit cards.
